Foreign enterprise "Inco-food", a resident of the Free Economic Zone "Brest", is a meat processing factory of the European level. The enterprise was founded in 2001. Built from the zero-cycle on a land piece, which practically had no infrastructure (no basic communications supply). The factory was built within 12 months and now it has its own electric power supply, heat supply and sewage system, which corresponds to the highest ecological standards and has no analogy in the Republic of Belarus.
The total development area is 3, 66 hectares.
The main types of activity: meat processing, sausage articles production, meat dainties, semi-finished fast food products, meat canned products.
90% of the production volume is exported. Main countries of export: Russia, Ukraine.
Total number of produced articles is 160, 20 assortment groups.
The production of the enterprise is a repeated prizewinner of the degustation contests of the largest exhibitions of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
High quality of our products is composed of many components.
The enterprise is supplied with the newest equipment of the leading European firms, specializing in the branch of equipment supply for meat processing industry. All the lines, production departments, storage areas and administration department are automated with the most modern devices.
Only selected, ecologically safe raw material, which is laboratory- tested, is used for the production. Constant microbiological control of the production and waste products is carried out with the assistance of the own laboratories and appropriate communal services of the city.
The system of production quality management, which confirms to ISO 9001-2001, ahs been worked out and certified. This system of production quality management was certified in the National certification system of the Republic of Belarus and in the German system TGA. The system of quality management and food products safety, based on the analysis of the risks and critical control points HASSP, was also implanted and the enterprise.
Over 1100 workplaces with the good labor conditions and high salary were created. The enterprise employees are granted with the complete social benefits- retirement insurance, social security and so on. The staff of the enterprise is composed of young and ambitious young people, which constantly improve production, financial and commercial activity of the enterprise, creating the image of the competitive to the leading meat processing holdings and companies of the neighboring and far- abroad countries.
The enterprise works in 3 shifts, the production shipment is carried out continuously. The productivity is over 5000 tons of ready-made articles monthly.
If preferred the shipment and delivery of the production can be carried out with the enterprise's own transport.
